Systems are failing and
not working as many people are claiming; jobs are being lost and they are
lesser jobs being created; there is great human degeneration. The end of the
matter is that there is huge crisis in the country and all over the world. This socio-economic depression has continued
for more than twenty years since 2008 unknown
to many people. This is the fact.
We need solutions and
solution providers. There is nothing without solution and the solution is rightly
with human capital or new discoveries. Countries are not great for having the
largest landmass but for having great people. And people are not called great
just for their sizes but because they are leading development strides with
inventions and innovations or higher knowledge.
All kinds of innovations
and development rest on humans; i.e human capital and that is why we have
developed a system for human capital development; peace/unity for national or
universal development. Innovation is not all about inventing new things or
technology but finding diverse or new used to a thin or things; circumstances. That is how we have arrived at one of
the greatest innovations of the times using the element called time and humans
resources as a system of system for all kinds of develop.
Human capital is the sum total of
knowledge or habits and systems that are known by a person or people through
which all kinds of values can be created and sustained spiritually, socially,
economically and other wise. Human
Capital or capacity is the bedrock of all types of development. That is to say
human capital proceeds financial, infrastructural or natural resources
development.
This means without investment and development in
human capacity or human capital development system, all other types of
development will be at risk or life will become very limited; also natural
endowment or resources will not be better utilized or maximized.
Therefore, a human capital development system is
the present need of the Africa and the entire world as the solution to the
multiple-complex problems.

international organizations gathered to appreciate the effort and leadership of
the foundation. Incidentally, comments and suggestions were highly tailored
towards human capital transformation; some of which are captured below:

Everyone wants to and needs to be better and
better. And we can all be better and better because time and space permits it.
Similarly, everyone needs systems and institutions and invariably the universe
to work better for them. So that is why a human capital development system has
been developed called ‘The Universal System of Leadership (USL)”.

and development. And it can be used by individuals, groups, organizations,
governments and nations independently irrespective of ethnicity, religious
beliefs, gender or location. It is what we can all do in unity to contribute to
national development and well as a self development system for all round success.
You
are already producing results but I believe you need to produce more results.
