Corruption or the
fight against corruption is not new to mankind or to any society. Corruption as
you may agree is not all about offering or taking of bride or kickbacks from a
person /groups but it is multifaceted and destructively complex in nature.
Corruption is a partial or total breakdown of universal human
leadership role and dignity cutting across the practice of graft, nepotism/racism
or ethnicity, religious extremism, immorality, indiscipline, low self-esteem
and primitive accumulation of resources etc that may lead to any kind of inefficiency,
evil or breakdown of law and order in a society.
Today, corruption is so much engraved, integrated and nurtured
in all facets of the society and life. This is such that corruption cannot be
successful fought by any government, institutions, laws or even the digitalization
of every nukes and crannies of the society.
But the corruption of the day can be completely destroyed from
its very foundation through the institutionalization of what can be known as the
Universal System of Leadership Service (USLS) which is one of the greatest human
leadership power of success beige rotted in the minds and consciousness of
every person.

There cannot be effective institution or utilization of
natural resources both in the short and long run without a human capital
development or innovation system.

end extreme poverty and create more inclusive societies by developing human
capital (INNOVATION SYSTEM).” (Words in bracket mine).

ever discovered. It mounds people into successful Universal and national patriotic
leaders first of all so that they can become better leaders in their homes,
career and any field of life endeavours.
This is what this country, Nigeria and all other countries of

is responsible for the failure of institutions and other systems of learning or
productivity or reward.
