I read a great medical advice from a physician against kidney disease. I can say all of the tips were right except these old two health lies such as:
1. Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
2. Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4 am.
Note that ninety nine percent of illnesses or diseases are caused by the constant lack of enough water in the body system especially at night even while sleeping….and for most people this bad practice happens for a very long time.
That is why many people become vulnerable or at high health risk many times. The fact is that most people don’t know that every day, when you sleep, the body uses water faster and always needs enough water to function with; to repairs organs; to create and replace cells, blood etc. Even medical doctors don’t know it.
That is why you hear often that ‘water is life”. It is highly true.
Let me bring it home that just as a generator set/system will need enough engine oil while functioning so also the body system needs enough water when functioning at high frequency at night or during sleeping hours.
If you keep denying your body system her oil, (water) at the right hours especially at night, it will knock-down gradually in so many ways or even suddenly. That is why you hear things like stroke, heart attack high blood pressure; arthritis, kidney failure, diabetes etc and many terminal diseases; including faster level of ageing. The list is uncountable.
Even though the body system is so strong and can recreate self with the raw material called water, there a level it can withstand after a long and constant denial.
Rest is creative and recreational. When a person sleeps or rests the body, there is much loss or use of water for processing and recreations; that is why people wake-up in-between to urinate as much as possible.
It is advised that at the point of waking up to urinate even if it is the dead of the night, a person should drink one or two cups of water to replace the used one. It is the lack of enough water that is responsible for the fact that most stroke/heart attack accidents happens at night and most times, the victims do not survive or are permanently impaired.
And if you are observant enough, you will notice that just like food, the water you drink is usually used up by the body within 4-5hours and then will need replacement. But some people will refused to drink more water for hours even during the day and more so at night. This is completely harmful to the body. The body does not usually breakdown quickly but gradually from this negligence because it is very strong and can recover quickly.
Therefore, drink more water at night everyday.
As for sleeping from 10pm-4am; that’s about seven hours. Having a good Sleep even up to 5hours and above is good. But what makes 10pm-4am the best hour? Nothing!
Having a good sleep is not restricted to those hours. A person may even sleep in-between- that is to take a nap during the day if possible and there is need.
A person may even sleep at about 8pm or 9pm, wakes up at 11pm or 12am; have some mental works, reading or mediations and sleep off again to wake up at 4am or 5am or 6am or even 7am depending on his or her assignment the next day.
