Human Capital Development Advocacy

The Human Capital Development Advocacy holds humans at the heart of development and must be aware to take their position appropriately through individual and collectively contributions. That is to say:

1.      Human capital development is the bedrock of all types of development and transformation;

2.      Without humans, the world is useless and without the world, humans have no place for innovation, creative thinking or make exploit;

3.      Human capital development is not only about educational qualifications/institutions but universal principles, values and systems that are discovered or deployed for a peaceful and prosperous life.

The above is in line with the World Bank’s Human Capital Project ‘Investing in People’, which holds that:

 “Human capital consists of the KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and HEALTH that people invest in and accumulate throughout their lives, enabling them to realize their potential as productive members of society”.

We have designed human capital development model called H-TIPS as a model founded on the following pillars;

  • 1.       Personal Development
  • 2.       Moral Civilization
  • 3.       Mental health, Self Control/Integrity and Character
  • 4.       Public Wealth
  • 5.       Hope and Optimism
  • 6.       Patriotism
  • 7.       Humanity and love
  • 8.       Creative Productivity
  • 9.       Intellectual Humility
  • 10.   Health and Longevity
  • 11.   Spiritualism
  • 12.   A better/New World

Hence we are joining forces with organizations and all the countries of the world in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) of the United Nations to improve the planet and the lives of its citizens by 2030 founded on SGD 17 and Education.

Partnership for the Goals (17)

That a successful development agenda requires inclusive partnerships — at the global, regional, national and local levels — built upon principles and values, and upon a shared vision and shared goals placing people and the planet at the centre.    Our channel of intervention is through:

Ø  17.9: Enhance international support for implementing effective and targeted capacity-building in developing countries to support national plans to implement all the sustainable development goals

Ø  17.17: Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships
