In July 2019, President of Nigeria, Mohammadu Buhari stated
his government’s resolve to lift about 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in
ten years (i.e by 2030).
It was at the point when Nigeria was rated amongst the
five most terrorized nations and the poverty capital of the world amongst other
deficiencies.
This was in the midst of chaos; insecurity and killings
in Nigeria resulting almost to a genocide from conflicts between farmers and
herders; banditry, kidnapping, terrorism and all sought of evil perpetrations;
corruption in both high and low places; hunger and disease as well as social
upheaval and disorder with religion and ethnic bigotry and chauvinism.
Through this multiple interwoven problems, many have
died; have been killed and reports of death and destruction or attack kept
coming daily.
Ironically, these problems are not peculiar to Nigeria
or Nigerians alone. But in all over the world there is great uncertainty and upheaval.
What should now come to your mind is that, there is
one global problem and there is one global solution. The first country that discovers
such a solution will begin to lead the world in no time.
This solution is a Human Capital Transformation System.
Human capital transformation is the
bedrock of all types of transformations. Without human capital transformation, even infrastructural and
technological development and/or financial innovations will become ineffective
or misused and also natural endowment cannot be efficiently maximized.
The Good News
The good news is
that, the human capital transformation system which Nigeria, Nigerians and the
world urgently need has been developed and is called the Universal System of
Leadership to restore mankind and the world. The Universal System of Leadership
is a multiple stakeholders’ solution and everyone who needs to succeed further must
urgently deploy it.
Therefore, Nigeria
and Nigerians will use it to be transformed and to transform the world. This is
now Nigeria will lead the world. It is not in technological advancement or infrastructure
but in human capital transformation through a system which everyone in the world
also needs for personal success and to strengthened institutions in peace and
unity.
The Universal System of Leadership which is based on
the innovation of time being the most outstanding discovery of the 21st
Century answers the Biggest Question of the times. “What can we all do daily and simultaneously
(independently but at the same time) as human beings (irrespective of where we
are; what we are and who we are) to contribute to global peace and unity as
well as a national and universal service and for personal, organizational,
national or universal development/transformation in love and faith?”
With this, there
will be correct value reorientation to the original problem and solution. And Over
150million Nigerians will be lifted out of poverty with Nigeria becoming a
global destination and wonder to the world within three-five (3-5) years.
The whole world
shall see more crises especially if mankind refuse to recover and restore the
world by the Universal System of Leadership (USL) which is also a human capital
project.
The exposition of the USL is free to you, your family,
organization or institutions and government. Those who are united in
using the solution shall be saved and save others.
There is no
force as powerful and effective as the partnership-cooperative force of human
beings with one mind or purpose and action at the same time.
The World
needs a solution. This is the solution; One Global Solution; our solution to
the world.
At the end, it
shall be known that it is the same God who reveals the problem and the
solution.
