Most people say ‘time is life’ or ‘time is money’ and they
are correct to the extent that if they really understood what they say, they will
live the most admirable life upon the surface of the earth.
The discovery of the most essential time or hours of the day
in life with its application in creating health, income, wealth, security etc
is the most fundamental discovery of the 21st Century being exposed.
This innovation put to deep consideration, the saying, that
the best things of life are free. The time is free and in fact the only
universal element that is distributed to everyone equally irrespective of
location, religion, ethnicity or status.
Now it depends on a person’s knowledge of the time to create
(knowledge, wealth) etc that is needed for a successful life.
Consequently, this exposition will help you to understand the

First of all I would like us consider the unique features of
the element called ‘time’ which has been hidden from many people round about
the world
.
1. Equality: Time
(24hours) is the only element of the universe that is equally distributed to
every human being or everything in every land or country no matter the race,
colour, religion or position, gender or ethnicity. No two different people have
equal education/knowledge/understanding, supports/pets/animals, friends/family
members/, land/properties, money etc except time (24hours) per day.
2. Time Does not Change: Many people say time changes; no it is not true. Time remains 24hours
(nighttime or daytime) a day from the foundation of the world. It is people
that change for reason of knowledge or what they do per time.
3. Time is the force of creation and effective partnership. Without money, animals can recreate
or create but not without time or the investment of time/energy at the same
time or as at when needed. Therefore, time is used for creating knowledge,
relationship, money or wealth.
4. Time Establishes Every System: Every effective progress is systematically time based which
is naturally designed or agreed upon b people. For example, child bearing (nine
months for humans or 21 days, 12months for Ass/Donkey etc), Schooling, Systems
of governments, Service or retirement etc.
5. Right Time for Everything: It is often said that there is a (set) time for everything-
which may be apportioned by nature or my man. And if such time is known and
used appropriately, should produce the right result. Therefore what is done at
the wrong time may produce wrong result and may become wrong.
6. The Universe is time System: the universe is structured under time or with time. Such
that there is time everywhere in every generation for everyone. It is also such
that you are either in the same time range/zone with one people or the other
depending on where you are. So the universe works in the process of time.
7. The Leadership Time: There is universal leadership time or hours per day that should be used
by everyone to create and maximize success. From the above, you may start
agreeing with me now that there is a set time by nature or as designed by God (Creator
of the universe) that you need to ordering the entire universe or to make the
universe subjective or work better for you irrespective of location or
profession.
It is based on some of these principles and uniqueness of the
element of time that I have discovered and advancing the universal system of leadership

There are
many people with many solutions to human and national or universal
transformation. They have not realized that the high level of human degeneration
and failure is due to their ignorance and negligence of the Universal System of

There
is no direct solution with the governments. The governments are filled to the
brim with people without the real idea or solution even if they have good
intentions.
No government can share resources
equitably amongst people or citizens. God has already done that with the time.
He has given the most precious resources to all men equally and that is time.
Everyone has 24hours daily to create his/her knowledge; health, security and
money.
2.
Pure
technology innovation is not the solution to the world. There are many new and
good technology but mankind and the world keep degenerating. Some technology
can kill more people in a day than it can safe in ten or twenty years.
3.
The
solution is not in protests, disputes and demonstrations; although it only
shows the desperation of humans for result and sometimes a common voice against
evil.
4.
The
solution is not in building more churches or mosques or worship places. In fact
they shall all be closed down. God’s worship place is not just the heart of man
but by the time from every location.
5.
The
solution is not in building businesses and corporations. Who should operate
them in the midst of global crises unabated?
6.
The
solution is not just in building edifices as mansions or infrastructural
development that can be destroyed with some technology or natural disaster
within a day. What are those things if humans who should use them are dying
recklessly in great numbers?
The
solution is in human capital
transformation and universal leadership. It is not that they are no enough
people in the world or that there are no enough people with good intentions.
But good intention is nothing without the knowledge of doing what a person
should do and doing so at the right time.
Understanding Human Capital

In 2018, the World
Bank posited that “Without investing in
human capital, nations cannot compete in the global economy”. Human Capital
is the bedrock of all forms of development and transformation. And without
human capital development system aside from mere schooling and education plus
